- The show is available in Dutch, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian, and English (you can choose upon entry).
- Guests choose their language upon arrival. If the chosen language is not available at that time, you might have to wait a max of 10-20 minutes until it becomes available.
- This venue is wheelchair accessible.
- The maximum number of participants is 10 people per booking
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
- Children under three years old get free admission and do not require a ticket.
- The experience contains flashes of light at some point. Extra vigilance is therefore required for visitors with light flash sensitivity.
