What are the Terms and Condition?



  • Ticket valid 30 days after purchase

  • Customers need to show a Japanese id card/passport

  • Adult tickets are only available to customers with a Japanese passport 18 years or older

  • Student tickets are only available to customers with a Japanese passport. Junior high and high school students aged 12 to 17.

  • Child tickets are only available to customers with a Japanese passport. Elementary school students 6-11 years old

  • Depending on the facility's requirements, the sales period and ticket expiration date are one month before or after the date of the customer's reservation. You can use it anytime during this period. 

  • Please note that customers will not be able to re-enter after leaving the venue.
