Important Information
- Guests are now required to use the outer side of Hotel Towers 1, 2, and 3 to reach the entrance of the SkyPark Observation Deck.
- Tour groups should be dropped off at the MICE Sands and Expo Convention Center. Guests must use the exterior footpath to reach the Observation Deck entrance.
- From Bayfront MRT, take Exit B and use the left escalator to reach ground level 1. Then, walk along the outer side of the hotel from Tower 1 to Tower 3 for the SkyPark Observation Deck.
- In case of rain, use Mall B2M Exit C, proceed to the end, and take the escalator on the right to Tower 3 for the SkyPark Observation Deck.
- The SkyPark Observation Deck is closed on National Day, Night Race In The Sky, Christmas, and New Year's Eve Countdown.
- Tickets are valid for the selected date and time. Entry may be restricted after 4 PM.
- The opening hours of the SkyPark Observation Deck may vary. Visitors usually spend between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- The Magic Shot/photo location is at SkyPark Queue Line @ Level B1.
- The SkyPark Observation Deck may close due to inclement weather, and refunds are available for those who have been there for less than an hour.
- Entry is subject to availability, and tickets are for single entry only.
- Concession tickets apply to seniors, students, children aged 2-12, Persons with Disabilities (PWD), and National Servicemen (NSF).
- Guests may be subject to searches upon entry or exit.
