- Items larger than a handbag are not allowed on the premises.
- Please deposit your backpack or suitcase in the area behind the pay lockers before entering the museum.
- Items that cannot fit into a locker (e.g. large bag, luggage) can be deposited at the service center
- In order to protect the art exhibits, selfie sticks and camera pods are not allowed Please teach your children to follow art museum etiquette.
- Food and beverages and tripods are not allowed.
- Please use the vending machine on the 2nd floor inside the museum. Please do not touch the art works and only appreciate it with your eyes. The floor is made of glass, so be careful not to run around as there is a risk of safety accidents.
- There are spaces where the floor is made of mirrors.
- Visitors wearing skirts are advised to be careful.
- Museum 1 is not responsible for any injuries caused by the visitor's negligence or violation of notices while viewing the exhibition, and claims compensation for damage to the artwork.
