As the hotel pick-up service is a shared transportation service, the arrival time of the vehicle may vary slightly depending on the distance of each hotel. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip, please wait in the hotel lobby (not in the room) at the appointed time indicated on your confirmation. Please be punctual and do not leave the hotel lobby. If the driver cannot locate you, a waiting time of up to 5 minutes will be allowed.

The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If you are late, it will be considered that you have given up the service and no refund or modification will be provided.
